III. Project Description
It refers to the real-time Supervisory Information System in Plant Level (TPRI-SIS for short) exclusively developed by Xi’an Thermal Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., which is a plant-level automatic information system integrating real-time process monitoring, optimized control and production process management. This system has solved two problems existed in plant-level automation application: the sources of real-time data are complicated and scattered, and real-time data are difficult to store for long-term with high accuracy. It can realize production process monitoring of the whole plant, economical distribution and deployment of load between generators, plant-level economic indicator analysis and guidance for optimized operation, process information statistics and analysis, plant-level and generators-level performance calculation. In the meanwhile, it also can carry out multi-functional expansion according to users’ requirements. It has been mature for the Project to enter the extensive-popularization stage.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form
Funds needed: RMB 40 million-50 million Yuan. Any enterprises which have the trade and professional backgrounds are welcome to participate in cooperation with equity for common development.
V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return
There are presently more than 2,000 thermal power plants in China, all of which have potential demands on TPRI-SIS system. By introducing the funds, the Project is quickly to expand business scale to achieve the annual output value of RMB 200 million Yuan and annual profits of RMB 40 million Yuan.
